Recurso de súplica y en subsidio de apelación en contra del auto que rechazó la solicitud de vinculación del peticionario como tercero interesado en la tutela que culminó con la expedición de la Sentencia SU.388/21.

El memorialista pretende que se resuelvan los incidentes formulados y, en consecuencia, se revoque el referido auto y se le reconozca legitimidad como tercero afectado con las decisiones contenidas en la parte motiva o consideraciones que tienen un nexo causal con la parte resolutiva del fallo de unificación, para que se procesa a su vinculación e integración directa en sede de revisión del contradictorio y, una vez se le notifique la providencia, se dé trámite a la nulidad instaurada en su contra.

Al encontrar que la anterior pretensión resulta notoriamente improcedente, se procede a su RECHAZO.
